In 2008,Bank G introduced the Temasek business model of credit factory to develop its loan business for small and medium-sized businesses. The fundamental difference between credit factory and traditional credit model lies in the fact that credit factory is a factory of modeling:it puts together in one department all its business procedures, conducting credit business of the same batch under standardized operation procedures. In August 2013,Ningxia branch of Bank G successfully copied and popularized the model of small and medium-sized business credit factory.During the 4 years of its popularization and application, some achievement has been made in actively contributing to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Ningxia. However, along with a rapid development of that model,in Ningxia branch of Bank G there existed a series of problems such as a model distortion,to-be-improved inside control, risk management loopholes, lack of certain posts, frequent flow of working staff, inside management lacking behind business development, which result in a high level of bad debt and shrinking of business volume after a great-leap-forward development.Combining the realities which the small and medium-sized businesses face in current economic situation, the thesis analyzes the deficiencies and loopholes in credit factory model for small and medium-sized businesses adopted by Ningxia branch of Bank G,and presents in time some proposals for further optimizing the risk management system of that model, providing references for healthy and steady development of credit factory business in Ningxia branch of Bank G and other banks which promote the model.
