The active promotion of the government and regulatory authorities, the financingproblems of SMEs in China attached great importance by the community. governmentdepartments, academia and financial institutions research advice, and launched a seriesof innovative initiatives to ease the SMEs difficulties to make a positive contribution.As the first listed state-owned commercial banks, the Bank of J trialed SME creditfacility of professional services business model in2008, after three years continue toexplore and improve,The mode reached the more-than-expected results. The Bank of Jlearned this mode from the strategic partner Singapore Temasek’s experience, combinedwith the characteristics of SMEs in China and the status quo. To work with R&Dprojects, I had the honor to participate in the implementation of the project, in thepromotion process, learned a lot of financial management knowledge by the inspirationof the advanced management experience.The research methods used in this article summarized the deductive method, asample survey analysis and empirical analysis. Throung G branch SME customerssurvey, analyzed the difficulty in financing the main factors; to use the credit riskmanagement theory, credit pricing theory, information asymmetry principle andrelational finance theory, summarizes the applicability of the business model of creditfactories,and comparatives strengths and weaknesses of the model,and progressivenessanalysis, and expert survey of credit factories face the risk of problems and proposedsolutions to this problem and suggestions. The characteristics of this paper is to combineeconomic and financial theory and reality of the work of research, a comprehensivestudy of credit factories design principles, organizational structure, the structure of thebusiness modules, processes, arrangements, job setting, and concept of operations, riskcontrol mechanism, and originality systematically identify the credit factory marketingorganization encountered in practical work, customer ratings, pricing mechanism andrisk management problems, proposed solutions to this problem and J Bank and even thelarge commercial banks in China, the development of small and medium the enterprise business provides a basis for decision making, and provided constructive suggestionsfor government departments to support the development of SMEs.
