The Improvement Of Department Performance Evaluation Plan Of A Bank Ningxia Branch

In 2015,the State Council approved the reform plan of A Bank,confirmed A Bank as a development financial institution.The plan proposed that to construct A Bank into a financial institution with adequate capital,strict internal management,high quality service and assert by deepening reform,defining business scope,and enhancing its corporate governance capability.A bank Ningxia Branch was established in 2004,and it has made excellent market performance due to policy advantages and the use of development financial theory.Now,A bank Ningxia Branch is the main bank in Ningxia area.While,facing economic downward pressure and increasingly fierce competition,A bank Ningxia branch has to enhance internal management urgently to guide the bank’s development and improve its market competitiveness.This paper presents the development course,personnel composition and division function of A bank Ningxia branch.It makes detailed introduction of the current department performance evaluation plan of A bank Ningxia branch,and also analyses its shortage,problems and eternal reasons.Conclusively,the author improves the performance evaluation plan,including target and principle of this improvement,management concept and system,the department assessment indicator system and the resulting application.The improved performance evaluation plan will be in line with the strategic goals of A bank Ningxia branch,and will enhance the internal cohesive power to adapt to the market competition better.
