Since China's reform and opening up,in order to promote the rapid development of local economy,vigorously promote economic development zones and industrial function areas,around takes up a lot of land resources.Rural after losing a lot of land resources,agricultural development,rural construction,farmers rich has become an important problem in the process that a national and social development in the new period needs.In this paper,the research mainly has the following several aspects: First of all,through sum up the Angle from the factors of production and income structure factors influencing farmers' income.The sun town industrial zone through the affect factors of production flow and change,thus affecting the farmers' income.Second,by visiting survey,secondary data research,provide,through case analysis and comparison,the analysis of present situation,the local farmers' income structure changes and characteristics of the construction of town industrial zone,and the sun and run the potential impact on the farmers' income.At last on how to promote the town industrial zone of local production factors flow and improve,to promote peasants' income puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.Research shows that: in the construction and operation of the Sun Town industrial function zone,production factors change and create new employment opportunities.The farmer's income is abundant.Rural surplus labor force flow from agriculture to other economic benefits of higher industry and job mobility,thus changing the income structure and income level of farmers.At the same time,the growth of farmers' income,industrial functional areas also brought environmental pollution and other issues,have a negative impact on Farmers' income.Can be increased by adding elements of investment,to carry out education and training,social security,strengthen policy support,strengthen pollution prevention and other means to protect and enhance the level of farmers' income.
