Research On The Coordination Degree Between Higher Education Structure And Industrial Structure Of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

Knowledge economy era,higher education has become a strong driving force to promote the economic development of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration as the rise of central China strategy is one of the core region has a pivotal position in China's economic and social development.Industrial structure is the main components of economic structure,but also measure the important symbol of a country or regional core competitiveness,the development of the industrial structure will inevitably lead to changes in personnel demand structure,institutions of higher education as the main training talents,must be combined with the industrial development of talent demand requirements in the service of regional industry development of the economy.Along with the advancement of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration integration,in order to adapt to economic development and industrial structure adjustment,must strengthen the adaptability of higher education structure of regional industrial structure,adjust and optimize the talent training strategy.How to reasonable and effective use of the area of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration of education,economic resources,study the development of higher education structure and industrial structure evolution,analysis the influence factors of coordination,has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the theory of higher education structure,industrial structure theory,the integrated use of literature research,comparative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods,such as the combination of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration as the research object,analyses its present development situation of higher education structure and industrial structure,the coordination degree measure,then the higher education structure and the influence factors of the industrial structure coordination degree of empirical research,finally summed up the basic conclusion through empirical research results and put forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.The research results show that:(1)The development of higher education structure and industry structure belongs to the lagging development of higher education structure in Changsha and zhuzhou;the development of higher education structure and industry structure belongs to the development of higher education structure synchronization type,even is advanced in xiangtan.(2)The higher education structure and industrial structure is in the stage of the coordinated development from moderate coupled to highly coupled in changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration,but the development of higher education structure and industrial structure between cities of the coupling coordination degree has a larger difference.(3)Whether internal factors of the industrial structure system and higher education structure system,and external factors,the coupling between the coordination degree have a significant impact,but the influence degree and direction is not the same.This innovation place of this paper:(1)the object of study,the comprehensive domestic and foreign scholars based on coordination degree in higher education structure and industrial structure,on the basis of research,this article breaks the research object more focuses on the analysis of the individual cities,selected the changzhutan urban agglomeration as the research object,trying to explore out the higher education structure and industrial structure of coordination factors and path.(2)the research Angle of view,this article mainly from the education of higher education personnel training mechanism and the scientific research achievements,the paper studies the adaptability of higher education structure and industrial structure and coordination degree,for the specific analysis of the phenomenon and reason.
