The Evaluation To The Finance Of RH Communication Company Based On Factor Analysis

At present,the global economy has entered a new round of structural adjustment,and gradually into the deepening period.Information technology is the core of global economic development.The communication industry is the basic industry of our country,which reflects the importance of science and technology and the development of information technology.The business community and the academic circles have been paying close attention to how to evaluate the financial performance of enterprises objectively and scientifically,especially through the introduction of statistical methods to improve and improve the evaluation level.RH communications is one of the 69 communications equipment manufacturing companies,founded in 2003,its net assets and net assets yield was less than 0 in 2015.This paper introduces the factor analysis method to evaluate the RH company's financial performance,its position in the communication equipment manufacturing industry position,in order to find out the main financial problems,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the RH communication company to solve these problems.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research,and then summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the research content and research methods.Then,the definition of financial performance and enterprise performance evaluation,and introduces several main evaluation methods of enterprise financial performance,through the comparative analysis of DuPont analysis method and factor analysis method,explains the rationality and scientificity of the selection method of factor analysis evaluation.Again,by using factor analysis method of the evaluation system to evaluate the company's financial performance analysis of RH communication,RH communication,mainly on comparative analysis and vertical analysis comparison,obtained financial performance evaluation results.Then,according to the evaluation results,the main financial problems of RH communication company are analyzed and summarized.Finally,for the RH communications company's financial problems for the future development of RH communications company recommendations.The results of this study show that RH communications company's sales net interest rate has been far lower than the average value of the communication equipment manufacturing industry,according to the results of in-depth analysis of the fundamental reason,four proposals put forward by RH communications company:(1)to strengthen cost control;(2)during the period of strict control of expenditure;(3)to improve the ability of independent research,breakthroughs in core technical difficulties;(4)improve the sales expense management system,improve sales efficiency.The results of this paper have theoretical and practical significance for RH communication company,but also have a warning function and reference for other enterprises in the communication equipment manufacturing industry.
