Research On The Profit Model Of Sanshan Company

In recent years,Sanshan Company has huge difficulties in the operation of steel trade industry.A large amount of small and medium-sized steel trade enterprises go bankruptcy and close.As a classical small and medium-sized private steel company,it is a severe topic for Sanshan Company to decide its survival to turn losses into gains to let its own benefit mode be able to adapt to the new marketing environment.This paper wishes to analyze practical activities in benefit thoroughly through researches to benefit mode of Sanshan Company,find reasons of these problems and resolutions;At the same time,provide reference for many other steel trade companies;In addition,develop theoretical research of benefit mode in steel trade industry.Through field investigation,this paper combines plenty of research methods such as case analysis,data analysis,literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis,theoretical and fact analysis,and it mainly takes "profit as the core,periodical profit mode,low-cost profit mode,brand profit benefit" in the theory of profit mode of domestic and foreign experts as theoretical foundations.On this basis,this paper points out advantages of the profit mode of Sanshan Company,and it puts forwards many detailed improving measures and supporting measures of performing countermeasures as to problems existed in the profit mode of Sanshan Company.At the same time,this paper forms several primary conclusions:(1)The precondition of the formation of the advantaged profit mode of steel trade merchants is that it can predict the trend of steel price accurately,and Sanshan Company makes use of price analysis to analyze and predict steel price,which is the performance to establish competing advantage positively.(2)The integration of steel process and trade is the developing direction of small and medium-sized steel trade merchants,and Sanshan Company strives the opportunity of developing profit mode of steel process.In addition,this paper also makes a certain breakthrough in the research.Firstly,it divides the development of steel trade industry into three stages including "growing stage,peak stage,platform stage" for the first time taking time as the axle;Secondly,it concludes several benefit modes of steel trade merchants comprehensively for the first time,and it makes analysis and judgment.
