Nowadays, with the development of circuit-board (PCB) industry, some problems have emerged, including the excessive production of mid-and low-standard PCB in small and medium enterprises, the disorder in competition, and the low production value and profit. Therefore, it is essential to investigate the situation of PCB industry of our country for its significance in electronics industry and economy.In this paper, to provide examples for solving the problems in the management of PCB enterprises, we summarized the current situation of medium and small PCB enterprises and analyzed the importance and urgency of sustainable profitability.Firstly, five superiorities and nine factors that affect the development of PCB enterprises were analyzed. Secondly, two effective ways for making profits-cost management and team building were focused on.To investigate the influence of cost management in detail, it was divided into four parts:staff cost, quality cost, material cost and enterprise cost. The importance of building the team in PCB factory was analyzed in detail by how to build an excellent team and inherit Chinese traditional culture.The thesis analyzed costing control and team building, which were the two most important developing characteristic of medium and small sized PCB enterprises, to find out developing approaches that were suited for them and then help them to find out the disadvantages of themselves. In the mean time, the thesis is to show the problems that the top managers will face including some unpredictable ones to develop better a PCB enterprise. However, if the top managers can realize their own capacity, the advantages and disadvantages of their enterprises and can control the cost, build an excellent management team and catch every opportunity of developing period, show their strong points and avoid the weaknesses, the enterprise would develop healthily and become an outstanding company finally.
