China has a large energy reserve.At the same time,the energy consumption is also very large.The characteristics of energy is very obvious,that is rich of coal,lack of oil and gas.As a cheap and reliable energy,the extensive use of coal causes serious pollution problems,which attracted people’s attention.The deep processing of coal is one way to achieve clean utilization of coal,having a positive effect on national energy revolution,guarantee energy security.I have been in the Ordos region engaged in the production and marketing of coal chemical products.I deeply felt,the market competitiveness of coal chemical products determines the profitability of coal chemical enterprises.Only by fully recognizing the internal and external environment,analyzing their own advantages and disadvantages,and then developing their own effective coal chemical products competitive strategy,the enterprises can be profitable.In the development process of emerging coal chemical industry,in order to make products occupies a certain share in the market,we must attach great importance to the competitive strategy.Competitive strategy can provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of enterprises.It has directive significance for practical work and plays a decisive role in the operation and management of enterprises.Based on the theory of competitive strategy,combining the features of coal chemical products of Yitai Group,through deep analysis of internal and external environment for enterprise development and current situation of competitors and product characteristics,this paper will make a short and long goal for Yitai and will construct a competitive strategy for coal chemical products of Yitai Group,hoping to play a reference role in the development of private coal chemical industry in Inner Mongolia. |
