Under the background of economic transformation,Our country enterprise face to complex environment.The increasingly fierce competition of the same enterprise.Therefore,in this environment,the enterprise decision-making and performance is determined by the quality of senior executives.High quality senior management team can make the enterprise have stronger competitiveness and environmental adaptability.In this paper,issues of concern is that corporate management in the face of a different environment,how to adjust the strategy to meet the challenges of the successive.Academia and the business is generally believed that only through long change enterprises to remain competitive.Academia and the business is generally believed that only through change,enterprises can remain competitive.Therefore,the strategic theory of change for the high-tech enterprises at the present stage in China has important theoretical and practical significance.In the field of enterprise strategic management,the achievements of Potter and other scholars are to abstract the organization into rational individual.In 1984,Hambrick and Mason put forward a new theory in the field,that is,the theory of Echelon,which is the main body of the Upper.When exploring the internal logic of corporate performance and strategy,select the objective characteristics of the top management team as the starting point.Because the research results of this theory have not reached an agreement,it is necessary to carry out the research.The motivation of this paper is divided into the following several aspects: firstly,the characteristics of top management team research enterprises will affect the corporate performance;secondly,the strategic change of enterprises is how to affect the enterprise performance;finally,the intermediary role of strategic change is how to play the role between team heterogeneity and firm performance.Based on the above research purpose,this paper discusses the following:First of all,TMT of select the heterogeneity as a starting point to explore the relationship between the objective characteristics of top management team and strategic change and enterprise performance.Most scholars do not agree that economists believe that managers are completely rational,and that the rationality of managers is limited.Johson was put forward in 1992,facing the same situation,different characteristics of the top management team will lead to different strategic decision is different,so that the enterprise performance is different,but the scholars focus on non human perspective,the focus of the study of chaos theory in uncertainty,complexity and chaos,trait research aimed at people’s relative lag.In the present study,the effect of TMT heterogeneity on strategic change is more likely to be ignored.Secondly,the effect of strategic change is not obvious.Scholars generally believe that strategic change can improve corporate performance,but the reality of the actual data,the proportion of successful strategic change is low,the failure of the case is far more than the success of the case.Last but not list,on the basis of the current domestic and foreign scholars to study the performance of strategic change,the introduction of the game model to analyze the impact.The sample of this study selected for China’s 72 high-tech listed companies,through reading documents and related materials,and puts forward the research model and hypotheses,using empirical research methods,using SPSS 22 to analyze the data and to test the hypothesis,finally put forward some suggestions according to the results,the hope of China’s high-tech listed companies help.
