Evaluation Study On Smart City Information Service Development Potential

With the advent of the Internet era,information has become an important carrier of social organization and personal communication,information service quality and service level plays an important role in the process of development and construction in the city of wisdom.As an important symbol of modern urban development,smart city has become a model and benchmark for the development and growth of modern cities.Smart city with the help of a new generation of Internet,big data and cloud computing and other emerging technologies,the city has played an important role in the service function,play an important role.In this paper,the potential of smart city information service is taken as the research object.In the analysis of research status at home and abroad and based on the review of,this article identified the research framework and research content,analyzes the research methods and innovation of this paper,laid a solid foundation to the study in this paper.First of all,this paper explains the potential of the development of information services in the smart city,and explains the content of the development potential of the smart city information service from three aspects: the economic development of the smart city,social management and public service.This paper explores the factors affecting the development potential of the information service of the smart city from two aspects of information service hardware and information service software.Secondly,from the system integrity and objective than three angles and dynamic adjustment of the paper analyzes the design principle of the evaluation index system of wisdom city information service development potential,to construct a set of wisdom city information service development potential evaluation index system,the evaluation index system of the development of smart city information service potential were analyzed,and the construction of the model development model of smart city information service potential fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP.Again,with the wisdom of the city of Hunan province Xiangtan City Jiuhua Economic Development Zone Development as a case study,the empirical study on the evaluation of the development potential of the wisdom of the city information service,and evaluation of the wisdom of the city information service results are analyzed.Finally,from the establishment of complete information infrastructure and information technology play advantage of the wisdom of the city in two areas to improve the smart city information service facilities construction,improve the information service factors affecting the development potential of the wisdom of the city,enhance the wisdom of the city information service soft and hardware capabilities,and from the three aspects of financial support,personnel security and organization operation,put forward to strengthen the information service development of smart city measures.
