The Research On International Operation Of Zhejiang LF Automation Technology Co.,Ltd.

Since China joined the WTO on 2001,domestic middle and small-sized enterprises has been affected heavily by large transnational corporation.In order to maintain sustained growth in corporate profits,they started international business operation.Zhejiang LF is exactly one of these enterprises.However,LF's profit increased slowly year by year because of lacking of international business experience.It is the focus o f study that how to find the reasonable management improvement plan.This paper explains the international business development stage and character of middle and small-sized enterprises.From the aspects of resource factors and competition,combined with the present situation of the development of pneumatic industry,this paper analyses the corporation's advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats by using SWOT method.According to the gradual theory of international operation,this paper put forward the according plan for the four aspects of market selection,market segmentation,experience,and strategic planning.At the end of this paper,there are some suggest measures of improvement.This paper presents corporate enters to overseas market by the w ay of trading.On the first stage,take south Asia as the breakthrough point.And European market is the second then the American market at last.From the easy to the difficult,from the near to the distinct.The result of the study can give some practical guidance to Zhejiang LF and some other domestic middle and small-sized enterprises.
