Research On Participatory Poverty Alleviation Model In Rural Poverty Areas From The Perspective Of Empowerment

The problem of poverty is accompanied by the development of human society.With the deepening and development of poverty alleviation practice,China's poverty alleviation work has made great achievements and has gone out of a path of poverty with Chinese characteristics.Since the introduction of participatory poverty alleviation model into the practice of rural poverty alleviation in China,the participation level and sustainable development ability of rural poor population have been greatly improved.The concept and method of participatory poverty alleviation have been widely recognized and accepted in society.Throughout the country has been widely promoted.However,the participatory poverty alleviation model has achieved a series of achievements at the same time,in the course of practice also shows some development difficulties,hinder the further development of rural poverty alleviation work.Based on the theory of empowerment,this paper analyzes the current situation of participatory poverty alleviation model in Yilong County,taking the national poverty alleviation and development of Yilong County as an example,and points out that the current participatory poverty alleviation model exists Individual,organizational and political empowerment,and put forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects:individual,organization and politics,so as to promote the development of participatory poverty alleviation model in rural poverty-stricken areas and improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation in our country.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part reviews the current research situation of poverty,poverty management,participatory poverty alleviation model and empowerment theory,and points out that empowering as the core concept of participatory development,A certain guiding significance.The second part makes a systematic exposition of the related concepts and theoretical basis,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of the empowerment theory to the participatory poverty alleviation model.The third part mainly introduces the present situation of participatory poverty alleviation in Yilong County of Sichuan Province,analyzes the current situation of participatory poverty alleviation model from the perspective of empowerment,analyzes the rights between participatory poverty alleviation actors and the relationship between responsibility and interest,and systematically expounded the specific practice of participatory poverty alleviation in Yilong County.Finally,this part of the system elaborated the specific practice of participatory poverty alleviation in Yilong County.The fourth part summarizes the achievements of the current participatory poverty alleviation model,and points out that there are individual empowerment obstacles,organizational empowerment obstacles and political empowerment obstacles in the current participatory poverty alleviation model.The fifth part puts forward the concrete countermeasure from the three levels of individual,organization and politics.The sixth part of the system summarizes the full text of the point of view,and pointed out the shortcomings of this article.
