Study On The Basic Farmland Demarcation Based On The Evaluation Of Cultivated Land Ecological Security

Cultivated land is the material basis for people to survive and multiply,is to protect food security,maintain the national stability and prosperity of the link.In the context of the rapid development of urbanization,urban land has been eroded by cultivated land,resulting in declining arable land area.In order to hold the bottom line of 18 million mu of arable land,the state has issued a series of laws and regulations to protect cultivated land,domestic experts and scholars in response to national calls,and actively explore the study,put forward priority to high yield,high quality farmland protection,Farmland protected area.At present,the relevant research on the definition of basic farmland protected areas has made great achievements and fruitful.However,the experts and scholars in the basic farmland quantity,quality,layout of this study can be described as heavy color,analysis into the wood three points,developed a number of basic farmland designated methods and theories.However,experts and scholars did not regard the ecological security of cultivated land as a factor in the delineation of basic farmland,and rarely considered the problem of basic farmland delineation from the ecological security achievements of cultivated land.Whether the ecological security status of cultivated land has a direct impact not only on the quality of cultivated land but also indirectly affects the yield and quality of crops and even the health problems.Therefore,this paper studies the basic farmland delineation from the aspects of ecological security of cultivated land,hoping to provide some experience and inspiration to the government in respect of the protection of cultivated land in Qianjiang,and also enrich and supplement the relevant theoretical methods of basic farmland The convergence of cultivated land ecological security and basic farmland delineation.Based on the theories of eco-economic theory,sustainable development theory,landscape ecology theory and man-land relationship coordination theory,this paper adopts literature comprehensive analysis method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,field investigation method,background,meaning,Related concepts and regional profiles are briefly outlined.Based on the specific situation of Qianjiang City,the ecological security evaluation system of cultivated land in Qianjiang City was constructed according to the "pressure-state-response"(PSR)model.In this paper,the survey data of Qianjiang City were collected by field survey,and the data of land renewal were collected and sorted.Land use database was used to quantitatively analyze the evaluation index.The index was used to quantify the index and the entropy method was used to determine the index Weight,and finally the multi-factor comprehensive analysis method was used to calculate the ecological security comprehensive index of each evaluation unit.According to the ecological security status of cultivated land in Qianjiang City,the basic farmland of Qianjiang City is divided into four categories:permanent protection type,key protection type,suitable regulation type and late adjustment type.The results showed that the ecological security status of the farmland was well,the ecoloogical system of the cultivated land was complete,the ecological environment of the cultivated land was not polluted and the cultivated land area was 3288.308 hectares,accounting for 60.02%of the total cultivated land area.The total area of the protected farmland Which is 46489.55 hectares,accounting for 37.77%of the total area of cultivated land in the city.The ecological environment of the cultivated land is damaged,the damage of the cultivated land ecosystem is deteriorated,the disturbance rate is low after the disturbance,and the saving rate is the first choice for the future rectification.The total area of cultivated land is less than 2722 hectares,only 2.21%of the cultivated land area of Qianjiang City,the comprehensive index of cultivated land ecological security is between 0.2 and 0.4,and the ecological security status of cultivated land is poor,which belongs to the lowest value area of the whole city.On the whole,the average ecological index of cultivated land in the city is above 0.6,and the ecological security of cultivated land in Qianjiang is good.But there are some cultivated land there is excessive use of pesticides,fertilizers and abuse of plastic film and farmland water conservancy facilities aging disrepair,irrigation and drainage does not match the phenomenon.In view of the existing problems of cultivated land ecological security,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to improve the ecological security level of cultivated land in Qianjiang City from four aspects:government regulation,improvement of farmland water conservancy facilities and transformation of production mode.
