Case Study On Internal Control Of A Public Scientific Research Institution

Internal control is an important content of public scientific research institution management,scientific and effective internal control can provide protection to public scientific research institution.There are many problems such as poor execution,imperfect supervision system,internal audit is not respected in managing scientific research institutions at present.They caused a great waste of resources.With the urgent needs of the fiscal system reforming in our country,enhancing the control level of public scientific research institution is imminent.The paper starts from the basic theory of internal control,on the basis of the domestic and foreign literature research,according to the “Administrative institutions internal control standard(trial)[2012]”,“Ministry of finance about comprehensively advance the guidance of internal control construction of administrative institutions [2015]” analysising the existing problems of the current situation of the internal control of A scientific research institution,and combining with the standard of the internal control.The artical put forward the corresponding Suggestions.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,including the research background,research significance and pointing out the literature at home and abroad,research contents and methods of the thesis,possible innovations.The second chapter is the related theories and theoretical basis such as internal control,public institution about scientific.The third chapter is case study about A public icientific research institution.The study is on the basis of the administrative institutions internal control standard,it analyzes the existing problems and the reasons from the four aspect.The fourth chapter is the advices to solve the problems that the third chapter put forwards.The fifth chapter is summary.
