Manufacturing industry is the basic industry in our country which status directly influences the foundation construction of our country.S electrical company is situated in Yangzhong city Jiangsu province what is a medium-sized processing enterprise and grows fast during the past years.But as the change of customer demand,the imperfect quality management system of S company shows more and more obvious,which do have negative influence for its development.This paper is researched of S electric company as object which is based on the theory of total quality management(TQM),it is analyzed the existing problems in S company and try to establish a new quality management system to solve the problems on the basis of current.In chapter one,it mainly explains the research background and meanings,confirms the research object and summarizes the main content of all six chapters in this paper.Besides it is combined with three kinds of research methods,and shows the technology roadmap of implementation and describes the possible innovation and shortcomings of this paper at the last of chapter one.In chapter two,it explains the theory and implementation principles of total quality management,describes the research status at home and abroad and makes summary of the development tendency which is the theoretical basis of the whole paper.In chapter three,it shows the overview of S electric company and introduces its production management status.Firstly it is summarized the quality management in S company through the organization structure,process quality management,product quality inspection,etc aspects.Then based on the analysis of current situation,it is gotten the conclusion that the main four problems are:imperfect organizational structure,insufficient process of quality management,no good quality culture formed and miss the continuous improvement mechanism.In chapter four,according to the problems found in chapter three,there are four corresponding solutions provided:build a new quality management organizations for optimization,improve the whole process of current quality management to make up for the inadequacies,form the quality culture through perfecting the total quality management of the whole enterprise and staff,finally introduces "Deming Circle" to improve the continuous improvement mechanism.In Chapter five,after implementation of improvement measures,all the before and after data are sorted,compared and analyzed with mathematical statistics method,besides,it shows before-after performance changes based on the quality cost theory,analyze and evaluate the improving results.In Chapter six,it summarizes the research achievement gotten in S electric company,points out the shortcomings and next development steps in the future.
