SMEs’ funds are mainly used to expand the reproduction,capital construction investment,leading to its liquidity mainly dependent on banks.But the small and medium-sized enterprises from the bank at the actual access to funds is quite small,frequently rejected loan applications.The risk and income asymmetry of small and medium-sized enterprises is more significant than that of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises,which determines that it will face more difficulties in financing by using general financing methods.Technology-based SMEs are knowledge-intensive economic entities,intellectual property assets in its total assets accounted for a larger proportion.The pledge financing of intellectual property has become one of the important ways to expand the financing channels of the small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.And small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology intellectual property pledge financing risk,it is difficult to guard against the current obstacle to its development is the biggest stumbling block to solve this problem,science and积分technology SME intellectual property pledge financing can really promote a wide range of science and technology to solve SME financing Difficult problem.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the risk assessment and prevention of intellectual property pledge financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.As the evaluation of intellectual property pledge value is not only a key link of financing pledge of intellectual property rights but also an important source of financing risk,this paper firstly analyzes the uncertainty factors in the evaluation process of intellectual property pledge value,and then analyzes the current intellectual property pledge in China Financing practice conditions,the value of intellectual property pledge can only choose to use the value of continued use.Finally,although there are various uncertainties in the assessment of the value of IP pledge under the existing market conditions,it can be improved from the assessment method to obtain a more accurate assessment based on the available information.Reduce the risk of financial institutions such as banks in the financing of intellectual property pledge.Secondly,this paper makes an innovation on the risk assessment method of intellectual property pledge financing.Risk assessment process generally includes two parts,one is risk identification,the second is a comprehensive evaluation.This article focuses on the progress of the comprehensive evaluation method.Therefore,based onthe previous research on the risk identification of intellectual property pledge of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology,we select the risk assessment factors recognized by experts and scholars to form the risk evaluation index system of intellectual property pledge financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in science and technology.Fuzzy integral method applied to the SME intellectual property pledge financing risk assessment,with a view to more objective and scientific evaluation of small and medium-sized enterprises of intellectual property pledge financing risk.And provide reference for the financial risks of banks and other financial institutions in the actual operation of intellectual property pledge financing.Finally,the research on the risk prevention of intellectual property pledge financing of small and medium-sized enterprises mainly focused on how to establish the risk prevention mechanism,but not the quantitative research.The pledge rate as the core means of,how to make decisions directly relates to the risk of financial institutions involved in the financing of intellectual property pledge.Therefore,this paper uses the Stackelberg model to analyze the dynamic game process of the bank in the process of developing the pledge rate in the complete market environment,and finally the bank and the enterprise reach the Nash equilibrium under an optimal pledge rate. |
