Research On Working Capital Management Of Wan Xi Deng Group

Working capital is the fund of daily business activities required by the enterprise in financial activities.As the support of the whole fund operation working capital carries the important mission of revitalize the enterprise production operation and guard against short-term capital risk.Therefore,corporation must be paid attention to the problems that come from working capital management.There are two primary objectives that enterprises need to achieve through working capital management.The first is to maintain the operation of enterprises and to improve the efficiency of the fund utilization;the second is used to repay short-term corporate debt,to ensure the safety of the capital chain.Wan Xideng group is a local private enterprise which is based on hotel service.After years of development,it has become a famous enterprise group.In 2012,the company decided on "business diversification" as the group's new development strategy in order to adapt to the changes of the external environment,to get rid of the impact of a single business constraints and to fundamentally enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Today,the group is facing a more serious challenge because it is in an important stage of product diversification,industrial restructuring.However,the reality is that the enterprise internal control and working capital management of the group can not satisfy the requirements of diversification.The Wan Xideng group must adjust as soon as possible.This paper studies the basic situation of the working capital management of the group.The whole paper is divided into five parts: The first chapter tells us what I want to say,what purpose I should show and how to study;the second chapter introduces the relevant theoretical basis,explain what is the goal of working capital management,how should we analyze and evaluate the current situation of working capital management.It can help find out the problems in the management of the working capital management of the group;the third chapter is the basic situation of the Wan Xideng group,the purpose is to elucidate the working capital managementstatus and management strategy.It can help find out the facts and arguments;in the fourth chapter,the author points out that there are a lot of problems in the process of working capital management through the previous analysis such as excessive inventory,monetary fund management confusion and high risks in short-term financing strategy;in the last two chapters,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of working capital management,and raise the guarantee measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the measures and the advice of avoiding major risks.
