Study On The Development Planning Of Hangzhou Olympic Expo City

Hangzhou is currently implementing the "city tourism development along the Yangtze River eastward,westward,cross river development," city development strategy.The construction of Qianjiang new city and Olympic Expo City,is the city of Hangzhou from the "West Lake times" to "Qiantang River era" landmark projects,Hangzhou is to seize the opportunity,the development of modern service industry,actively promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,an important strategic initiatives to enhance the competitiveness of the city.The Hangzhou Olympic Expo City scientific and reasonable planning has important practical significance.In this paper,the development and planning of Hangzhou Expo Center as the research object,the integrated use of SWOT analysis method,theoretical models and tools for analysis and research,through the analysis of internal and external environment of Hangzhou Olympic Expo City,found that facing the future development opportunities and challenges,research ideas by qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with the systematic strategy and planning,combined with the actual environment faced by the improvement of strategic planning for further development of Hangzhou Olympic Expo city.Through this study,we think that the Hangzhou Olympic Expo City development must closely grasp the modern service industry,especially the international sports and exhibition industry development trend,with radiation and promote regional development as the key to service economy,outstanding business innovation,high-end development,industry agglomeration,the full development of exhibition,sports,arts and cultural services tourism,leisure,building the economy,business services and other industries,the Hangzhou Expo Center to become the Hangzhou modern service industry development new heights and famous sports exhibition service industry agglomeration district.The goal becomes Hangzhou and even Zhejiang province sports,the Convention and exhibition,the culture three big industrial heights.The in-depth implementation of the "service first" strategy,speeding up the sports,exhibition and cultural infrastructure construction,improve the industrial layout,integrated service system,optimize the industrial structure,built sports,exhibition,culture industry agglomeration and industry Heights;become the city of Hangzhou,tourism and leisure economy,building three new business services.Around the regional comprehensive service function,conform to the service industry cluster development,focusing on interactive,complementary and surrounding regional development industry,highlighting the characteristics of the industry and the construction of innovation system,become the new "growth pole",effectively promote the development of Hangzhou city from the "West Lake era" into the "Qiantang River era"...
