The Group Evaluation Of Service Quality Of Pension Institutions

In China,the elderly service industry is a new of the service industry which has a profound social background and is tightly linked to China’s population,politics,economic system etc.Its rise and development has profound characteristics of China’s localization: scale,rapid development,and high degree,incompatible with the economic development.The elderly population in our country,including all kinds of growing chronic diseases,disabled and semi disabled elderly population in China.Therefore,the elderly population needs not only conventional sense of basic necessities of life care and help but also specialization and subdivision of daily care.But the family pension function tends to weaken.It will bring enormous pressure on the average family.And in today’s society,in order to obtain more opportunities and resources,most young people go out to study,work or seek for career development,it is difficult to assume the responsibility of caring for the elderly;And the miniaturization of the family of “having one children” is increasing,this cause the contradiction between the demand for care and the supply of care is becoming more acute.Pension institutions is an important pension model which can provide professional care services and maintain the elderly care for daily life.In recent years,the development of pension institutions has aroused the attention of experts and scholars in various fields.On the one hand,under the support and guidance of the social pension policy,all kinds of social forces drives into the pension services industry and it lead to the surge in the scale;the number of pension institutions in China in recent years leads the heavy burden of management department.On the other hand,the short aging process and social development time cause the fact that the seniority of the elderly is not high enough and the lack of quantity.It has become an inevitable problem in the service and management of pension institutions.Therefore,the focus on the service and management of pension institutions is to build a unified platform system and quality evaluation to explore the shortcomings,to take more targeted measures to improve the quality of service pension,to ensure that the limited pension resources is efficient and normative used.In this paper,we take pension institutions as the research object and conduct the research to the pension agency service group quality evaluation.We not only established the evaluation index system of quality of service pension institutions combined with previous research results and their characteristics but also established the evaluation model of quality of service pension institutions multiple index group.At the same time,take Wuxi city as an example.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,significance,research status,research content and innovation;The second chapter mainly introduces related knowledge of air quality and evaluation method,and the related theories and methods;In the third,the evaluation index system of service quality of pension institutions was constructed on thebasis of previous studies.In the fourth chapter,a model of the multiple criteria group evaluation of Pension institutions Service quality of uncertain linguistic multiple attribute group decision making approach based on Steiner point is established.The fifth takes the evaluation of the quality of service in Wuxi as an example.The chapter six is summary and inadequate of this paper.
