Research On Network Operator Marginalization Solutions

With the advent of the Internet,in the last 10 years the global socio-economic areas such as the Internet becomes more and more dependence,effects on all areas of the Internet is also growing.Once twisted optical fiber broadband access narrowband dial-up until now,technology innovation Internet bandwidth increases.Bandwidth increases derived from a large number of new business,including online video,IPTV,Internet banking,e-commerce,etc.As a network operator,competition is becoming increasingly fierce in recent years,the Government boosted the economy puts " Increase speed and reduce costs " requirement,operators need to network construction costs lower charging standards,as the nature of the enterprise network operators,in response to a national call and raise revenue,maintain enterprise development to consider important issues.Positioning why operators and network operators in the Internet era has been operation bypass,as a channel between Internet companies and users,instead of being marginalized,transparency in order to find solutions.This paper introduces the future development direction of network operators,combined with the operators to develop major obstacles exist in the process,discuss how to use new technologies to develop new customers and new business.Played through the network operator-specific resources from the cloud platforms,pipelines and terminals starting with the planning and construction of the linkage,to build a "tubes" construction and operation of the idea and structure of the programme,and finally gives network operators the development platform of the Internet content and product ideas.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,background,the significance of this study is to research in detail.Construction of the second part is the platform running,analyze the growth of Internet content and applications,the "end" joint construction.The third part is the network operator analyses the current situation and reasons of edge,and analyzes the network operators operating status,user requirements and operator constraints in transition.Part IV introduces Internet technology,and the network status lists these common scenarios of network technology.Part v puts forward solutions to network operators to lift the edge,and "IPTV" and "Migu film" two new product innovation case study.In the end,users use the network operator's platform,channel and terminal using Internet resources,enabling network operators out of marginalized situations.
