Business Plan For Goddies Healthy Food In Bangkok

The purpose of this study is to identify business opportunities of Goodies in the market and to evaluate the most effective business models for Goodies within the existing models.This plan will be a future plan of Goodies;Healthy food with delivery service.The business locates in Bangkok,Thailand.In the thesis include business models,the food industry and market analysis,product and service development plan,operation plan,organization plan,marketing plan and financial plan.These plans are what Goodies will execute to ensure that the business will be successful.In order to manage a successful restaurant,the author has to father all information to examine the opportunities of opening a restaurant and the best delivery service for customers.To get ahead from competitors,the author must analyze and study products in a healthy food market as well as trends and consumers.Also,compare the delivery service with competitors to better understand consumers' need and then respond it,so that they can choose Goodies as the prior healthy food and delivery service when they wish to use our products.The data collection in this paper is secondary data for business models.We apply those models from several literature reviews to support our business plans and sale.The author found that this project will be profitable and even successful due to effective plans and researches as well as the current trend that shift to healthier lifestyle,food and well-being.
