| In recent years,with the rapid acceleration of urbanization and the development of internet economy,the requirements for delicious and convenient food has become increasingly higher,therefor the online food delivery industry have come into being.But some problems have become prominent,especially food safety.Due to the imperfection of the inadequate laws and regulations and food safety monitoring system in China's online food delivery market at this stage,it is difficult for regulators to reasonably and effectively protect consumers' legal interests.On the evening party of Mar 15 th 2016,the offline service of food industry was exposed that the food was done in a dirty,messy and bad environment,which shocked a lot of people.This article is mainly focusing on Jiangxi subdistrict Wuxi new district food delivery service on line food safety regulation.Mainly used literature method,case method and questionnaire.Firstly,through the use of some professional data and typical cases,the article discussed the current situation of online food delivery market and food safety supervision from the national level to the regional level and then investigated the existing research literature on the food safety supervision of the online food delivery in China.Secondly,starting with the work functions of subdistrict food safety office and combining questionnaire survey information,analyzed the difficulties and problems in the online food delivery food safety supervision and the reason how these problems come in the region.Finally,the article proposed some countermeasures and suggestions on how Jiangxi subdistrict can improve the food safety supervision in its jurisdiction,about:(1)Clear government regulatory functions;(2)Establish a unifies and efficient supervisory agency;(3)Establish a leveling mechanism and promote the mysterious buyer system.(4)Perfecting laws and regulations to reduce regulatory blind spots;(5)Promote group prevention and create a regulatory atmosphere. |
