| With the rapid development of economy and technology in China,the information technology applied in Social Security and networked service are gradually maturity.In the field of social insurance,the social insurance data center,12333 telephone consultation service system,human resources and social security department website(hereinafter called as social website)are generally established in the prefecture level city of our country.As an important platform for the public to carry out the social insurance business,the social insurance website is also becoming an important channel for the public to seek social insurance related services.And evaluate the service performance of human resource and social websites can help promoting the service quality provided by these websites.To understand the current specific conditions of social insurance service website,this paper took the social website as the research object and on the base research of performance appraisal philosophy,subject,appraisal method,the first of all,field experienced 106 human resource and social websites individually,the experience content mainly includes three aspects: the website’s construction,website service efficiency and service quality.Secondly,through the analysis and processing of experienced data,find that the performance of the current social insurance website service supply is generally on the low side,and exist big performance different in different human resource and social websites,especially the performance of western region is significantly lower than central and eastern region.From the site of websites’ construction,most websites have many deficiencies,on one hand,the lack of normative and convenience of website layout reducing the efficiency of the use;on the other hand,the ability to maintain the website is very inadequate,some websites have the technical glitches or browser incompatible problem.From the point of the efficiency of service supply,there is still a certain distance of response time in most of the website response time than national standards within 7 days.From the view of service quality,the quality ofservice provided by the current human resource and social websites is generally low,and there are many problems in response to the demands of the public: the answer is not professional,the service is shallow,lack of human issues and so on.Finally,combining with the positive experience part of the social insurance agency website services,this paper presents some advices in four aspects: strengthen the "citizen oriented" website design,make full use of the "Internet plus" technology,the construction of social insurance service professionals and coordinated development in different areas.And these advices are aim at enhancing the performance of services provided by human resource and social websites in our country. |
