So should strengthen the platform’s effect of “onlineservice” services appraises， to make effort to be outstanding the consumer ascentre constructing the platform.This platform characteristic main reflected in integrating and optimizing workflow of online business， simulating reality work environment， constructingsystem platform of "online service "， applying for a online case by one-stop theservice function， in order to construct service framework， services features，services content of a work platform.
