With the overspread of economic globalization and the world economy developed at top speed,China's domestic enterprises have been among in the globalization competition.Along with the improvement of the management level of domestic enterprises,the managers of enterprise have been to attention on the work of human resource management and performance management,and an effective way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises by used performance management to integrated the human resources.In recent years,both at home and abroad for the research of performance management are ebullient,the results and tools are emerging in an endless stream,but,most of them are to planning work of the enterprise's performance management from the macro point of view,the main object is for enterprise departments or middle managers,but ignore the common employee.Due to the characteristics of China's economic system and environmental sanitation industry,environmental sanitation enterprises have unique advantages in human resources.However,most of the performance management model of environmental sanitation enterprises still remain in the level of performance evaluation,but as the basis for the allocation of compensation,and do not make full use of the expansion of performance management functions.In this paper,we first introduces the basic concepts of performance management and psychological contract and related theory.Then,analyzes present situation of the human resources of environmental sanitation enterprise and the problems existing in the performance management mode.In order solve there problems,we proposed a performance management model based on the psychological contract,and described the process details of the performance management and maintenance of the psychological contract.Finally,we forms the program of performance management through combines the theoretical analysis and experimental verification,and which is applied to the SD environment management Co.Ltd to proved the feasibility by analysis the performance results.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:1)By analyzing the construction of the psychological contract and the process of performance management,we proposed the performance management model based on the psychological contract.2)From the point of view of psychological contract,we designed the performance management program for the special group of the common employee of environmental sanitation enterprises.3)The performance management scheme proposed in this paper is applied to the performance management of the common employee.of the SD environment management Co.Ltd.,and achieved good results.
