Research On Green Innovation Capability And Spatial Spillover Effect Of Strategic Emerging Industry

Since the 2008 subprime crisis,the development of the world economy especially underestimated impact in countries that rely on natural resources and soc ial resources,resulting in the imbalance of economic power in the world,need to re adjust the international division of labor.Faced with this situation,all countries began to understand the original that rely on high input,high pollution production mode has not adapt to the development of society,we must re adjust the industrial structure,promote economic and social development with low carbon emissions and low pollution to emerging industries.China has always been to promote the growth of the national economy in an extensive way,which also brings some negative results,such as environmental pollution,energy waste and so on.These problems have caused the community to start thinking about how to get rid of the current predicament,change the exist ing economic growth mode is imminent.Give up mainly rely on high pollution,high energy consumption,high investment growth mode into low pollution,low investment,energy saving and environmental protection intensive way.In 2009 the Chinese government also closely follow the world’s footsteps,and put forward the strategic emerging industry,this concept is mainly aimed at the present situation of our country proposed,refers to the new technology as the premise,with major scientific breakthroughs,highly integration of emerging technologies and industries,create new social market demand,high technical threshold driving ability,good comprehensive benefits and high risk,is of great significance for the long-term development of the national economy ind ustry.Since then,the "decision" will be divided into seven strategic emerging industries.The article is divided into five chapters to study the problem of green innovation ability and spatial spillover effect of strategic emerging industries in C hina.T he first chapter elaborates the international and domestic research background,the research purpose and the significance of developing the strategic emerging industry,and the main innovation of this paper.The second chapter is about the research on the strategic industries of the emerging industries,the definition of the strategic emerging industries,selection,reference experience,green innovation and spatial spillover effects of the literature review.The third chapter is the elaboration and empiric al analysis of the research methods of the green innovation ability of the strategic emerging industries,and summarizes the analysis results.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the spatial spillover effect of the green innovation ability of strategic emerging industries in China,and introduces the research methods and empirical analysis of spatial econometrics.The fifth chapter is the summary of this article,the analysis of the results given policy recommendations.
