A Statistical Study On The Green Innovation Ability Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Anhui Province

The outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008,the world economy has brought far-reaching negative impact.In order to cope with the crisis,all countries in the world have put forward strategic transformation,introduced the strategic planning of new industries development,actively improved the industrial structure,enhanced the scientific and technological innovation capacity and comprehensive competitiveness of the industry,and actively seize the new high ground of world science and technology economic competition.In this context,the State Council issued a strategic emerging industries related policies,the provinces and municipalities,autonomous regions combined with regional characteristics,have also promulgated the region’s strategic emerging industry policies to promote the development of the region.Anhui Province,as one of the eastern inland provinces of China,is also actively responding to the call of national strategy,vigorously develop and nurture the region’s strategic emerging industries.In this policy context,this paper,based on innovation and environmental issues,will introduce the green innovation capability into the strategic emerging industries of Anhui Province.Based on the "Strategic Emerging Industry Classification(2012)(Trial)" published by the National Bureau of Statistics and the definition of the strategic emerging industries relying on the sector,this paper selects the strategic emerging industries support department of Anhui Province.Under the guidance of the design principle of green innovation ability evaluation index system of strategic emerging industry,this paper completed the design of green innovation ability evaluation index system of strategic emerging industry,and combined with the data of industrial enterprises above designated size in Anhui Province,The green innovation capability index of new industries in Anhui province was analyzed by factor analysis using SPSS software,and the green innovation capability of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province was evaluated comprehensively in 2013 according to the analysis results.On this basis,the main factor and comprehensive score extracted by factor analysis are used as training samples of support vector regression machine,and the evaluation model is trained.Based on factor analysis and support vector regression machine,the strategic emerging Industry green innovation ability evaluation model,and use the training evaluation model to evaluate and apply the green innovation capability of strategic emerging industries in Anhui province in 2014.The results show that this model can reduce the computational complexity to a large extent,and itis suitable for the evaluation of green innovation capability of strategic emerging industries.Then,by using the unintended super-efficiency SBM model and the Malmquist index,this paper makes a dynamic analysis on the green innovation efficiency of the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province.The results show that the strategic emerging industries rely on different industries.On the whole,the situation is in the right direction.Finally,the paper gives the main conclusions of the research and the prospect of the future.
