With the economic globalization and the rapid development of socialist market economy,people’s life and work pace is accelerating,employees work pressure and family burden is increasing,especially in the workplace of female employees bear the dual role of work and family,As a result of gender weakness,the female load of pressure is increasing,the pressure can not be avoided.The study shows that women experience more serious work-family conflicts than men,and the female employees’ turnover tendency is increasing year by year under the pressure of increasing social competition.BJ company is a cosmetics sales consisting mainly of private enterprises.In the domestic economic competition environment,the current enterprise development strategy by the success of the agents to the brand,channel business transformation,but also the enterprise to adjust the enterprise structure,enhance the management level,broaden the future development model of a rare opportunity.But the female employees of the enterprise-based,female employees accounted for 91% of the total employees,employees mainly concentrated in the age of 26-35 years old,is China’s largest pressure groups.In this study,BJ Industries was selected as the research object,and the research framework and research tools suitable for the enterprise were selected through the case study method.The samples were collected by internal staff,and their work-family conflict,organizational support and turnover intention were investigated.The paper analyzes the relationship between female and female employees’ work-family conflict and organizational support and employee turnover intention,finds out the problems existing in the female employees management,and puts forward the strategic point of perfecting and improving the organizational support system.It is helpful to establish effective organizational support system to reduce the work-family conflict of female employees,to improve the staff’s work input and reduce the turnover of the staff,which is helpful to the promotion of enterprise performance.This paper aims to find out the relationship between work-family conflict,organizational support and turnover intention through case study,and put forward the strategy viewpoint of perfecting and improving organization system.It is hoped that it will be helpful to set up an effective organizational support system for similar enterprises,effectively balance work-family conflict,reduce turnover intention,improve staff’s work input level and create high-level enterprise performance.
