This paper is a research paper based on the application and combination of theory.through the actual situation based on the FD steel company restructuring,Combined with the company's corporate culture,production and business philosophy and values.The method of empirical analysis and comparative analysis is adopted.To the performance management of FD special steel company to carry out the analysis and reconstruction.EVA/BSC comprehensive score card method using international mature performance evaluation technology.Optimization of a set of new situation to meet the company,but also comprehensive,realistic,objective and impartial evaluation of enterprises in the social contribution,conservation of resources,environmental protection and other aspects of the performance management system.In order to correctly guide the enterprise behavior,so that performance management performance.This article is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is why the study of the problem,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is how to study the performance management program of the problem,the sixth chapter is the conclusion of the study and the value of the problem.Which:The first chapter is the origin.This paper introduces the performance management mode of the times and industry background,significance and status of performance management of change FD company,the research method of the mode of application and have different memory innovation points different from other research;The second chapter is theoretical basis.Introduces the definition,function and characteristics of performance management,and emphatically introduces the current theories during the research process of the society early and advanced performance management,and introduces the research on Application of the two performance management theory of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and economic value added(EVA method);The third chapter is the problems and challenges.This paper describes the challenges and problems of performance management in FD company.Through the introduction of the company profile,organizational structure and company restructuring situation,mainly presents FD company restructuring challenges of performance management,and the current problems existing in human resource management and performance;The fourth chapter is the core of the full text.This paper introduces the optimal design of performance management of FD company.In this paper,the author firstly describes the selection of the performance management scheme and the principle of the optimal design of the FD company.Then according to the theory of comprehensive score card(BSC),establish the key performance indicators,the weight value and the algorithm rules of the two units and departments of FD company.According to the economic value added(EVA)theory,and its profit target management company established different algorithm of the two units and departments in incentive compensation,let employees at all levels a clear understanding of their own efforts,the income level and the interests of the company and where relevant.Through the key performance indicators and operating performance of the value of the process and steps accounting,so that enterprises more efficient,more satisfied with the staff,to solve the problems and challenges before.The fifth chapter is implementation.This paper introduces the implementation of the performance management optimization scheme after the reform of FD company.The problems that may be encountered in the process of implementation,such as the setting of indicators,the use of performance results,and the problems of information asymmetry and communication are introduced.Put forward the relevant safeguard measures that should be done in the process of implementation,such as the company's organizational,cultural,institutional aspects of the protection,authorized communication and information security.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.One of the other shows the limitation of the theory,application of the performance management scheme effectively if the company is not the latest application of the theory theory,strategy and performance of the scheme,and problems in the research process.The two is the conclusion of the study,this optimization scheme based on EVA and BSC two kinds of performance management theory,based on the metallurgical industry production and management of the actual situation,can deal with the current market will change unpredictably,efficient implementation of the enterprise strategic target layer are closely linked with the interests of employees,can help to improve the relationship between enterprise and employee,can the implementation of the plan.The three is the application of the performance optimization program in FD company and the future development of the industry and boost the development of the industry.
