Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Growth Of The Zhejiang Local Private Muitinational Enterprises

With the rapid development of economic globalization,multinational companies is in the position of the stage of the world trade on the absolute protagonist,and Zhejiang private enterprises are gradually emerge as more diversified.But because of multinational companies in China started late,Zhejiang local private multinational companies have many problems including in a small scale,single industrial structure,and the lack of international management experience,so they need some support from government.So,what aspects of government policy changes will affect the growth of private multinationals?At what point can the government support and nurture the multinational corporations?This paper will focus on the issue,based on the perspective of the government,the local private multinational corporations in Zhejiang as the research object,to explore the factors that affect their growth.This paper puts forward the necessity of standing on the perspective of government for Zhejiang province to cultivate local private corporations first in the domestic and foreign background,and defines the concept of private enterprises and private corporations;then describes the development at home and abroad on the theory of transnational corporation,transnational corporations research and foster growth,research and government policy influence on transnational the company,which lays the theoretical foundation for the further study of the following;then by researching on the developed countries and multinational companies to cultivate support policy,put forward factors that may affect the growth of the transnational corporations,and through the empirical conclusion:tax policy of developed countries,multinational companies cultivate little effect,improve the overall promotion of the development of transnational corporations in the exchange rate,the effect of science and technology research and development policy,changes in interest rates and government intervention in the different countries are different;the fourth part discusses the Zhejiang Jiang local private enterprise development status and development path,the existing education policy,and to Zhejiang Longsheng group as a case,analysis of government influenced the development process of Zhejiang local private multinational corporations in the aspect,the conclusion is:to Zhejiang local private multinational companies,R&D investment,changes in interest rates and the influence of government intervention on enterprises obviously,the smaller impact of exchange rate changes and the adjustment of tax policy;the last part describes the research results,and as the government of Zhejiang province to cultivate the local private multinational companies to provide advice and guidance.
