Supervisor commitment is based on employee commitment of organization behavior,which is explained employee commitment from supervisor perspective with complex construction and highly academic value.Hence,this research is based on supervisor commitment with 5 demensions of Chen Zhenxiong to figure out the relationship with work values and perceived supervisory support of 90s employees for enriching the relative theory.This research which included 368 samples from Guangxi,Guangdong,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Beijing,Hubei and Shaanxi etc analysised the relationship within work values and supervisor commitment of 90s employees by the regulatory effect of perceived supervisory support.Conclusions as follows:1.Only-child demension has influence of 90s employee work values by effecting intrinsic reward.What's more,the other demographic variable and histologic variable have none.2.Work values has positive effect on supervisor commitment of 90s employees that's the reason why organizations should try to understand and respect 90s employees' work values and take appropriate strategies to improve their supervisor commitment.3.Perceived supervisory support acts as regulatory effect during the process of work values affect supervisor commitment of 90s employees so that organizations can use this to enhance the effect.
