Research On Risk Control Of P2P Platform

After a period of " Savage growth",the risk problems of P2 P platforms in our country are constantly emerging.Those problems including : withdrawal difficult,bankrupt,loss of communication and so on.Due to the raped development of the platforms,the external regulatory policies follow-up relatively slowly,Which results in the variation in P2 P platforms and develops all kinds of patterns.P2 P platforms entering the industry whose qualification is not same which brings out a series of risk events.Based on the ERM,this paper analyzes the risk control system of Orient Capital from eight elements,and finds out disadvantage in the internal environment,goal setting,risk response and control activity.According to the ERM,this paper puts forward improvement suggestions to internal risk management and external supervision.Coming to a conclusion,due to the complexity of risk problems in the P2 P industry,risk control activity should be used in all of the business department to control risks comprehensively.First,P2 P should identify and assess risks sufficiently,determine reasonable risk tolerance.Then taking ERM into risk control system,improving risk control activity.Finally,external supervision is the external security mechanism of the ERM,this paper put forward recommendations for improvement on industry access system,funds trusteeship and information disclosure,to achieve the target of risk control activity.
