A Study On The Development Strategy Of Wuming Li-river Rural Bank

With the "Interim Provisions on the Administration of Villages and Towns Banks" and the promulgation of the central support policies,the rural banks,which have made great efforts as the rural financial market,have developed rapidly and the number has increased year by year.After the approval of the China Banking Regulatory Commission and Guangxi Regulatory Bureau,Wuming Li-River Rural Bank Co.,Ltd.was established on July 11,2012,by Guangxi Guilin Lijiang Rural Cooperative Bank as a sponsor.Wuming Li-River Rural Bank as a newly established rural bank has great influence to Wuming area.However,the market competition environment of the banking industry in Wuming area is becoming more and more intense.How to maintain the long and steady development in the competition becomes an urgent problem to be solved to Wuming Li-River Rural Bank.Therefore,combined with the relevant business theory from the Rural Bank of the actual situation,for its scientific and effective development strategy is of great significance.This paper follows the research route of theoretical guidance and practice,analyzes the current situation and problems of the bank,analyzes the development environment,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.On this basis,this paper puts forward the development strategy of Wuming Li-River Rural Bank and puts forward the safeguard measures of strategy implementation.
