Research On Hezhou Zhengling Hotel Development Strategy

The hotel industry is a comprehensive service with accommodations,catering,entertainment shopping,etc.In 2015,China's hotel industry faced many challenges along with many opportunities.China's hotel industry has been exploding with enthusiasm from foreign tourists to China as well as the rapid development of China's tourism market,in the recent years;however,China's macroeconomic environment is not optimistic.In particular,the provisions of the eight countries is to curb the consumption of some public funds.China's high-end hotel industry has been experiencing pain,including steadily losing market shares due to multinational hotel industries extending their footprint into China.The development of the domestic hotel industry itself is too small,and the phenomenon of serious homogenization of services,meanwhile,with being experienced a transition of the hotel industry,the emergence of a new normal profile has not been yet formed.Hotel industries operate in a number of environments in construction with coexisting with opportunity and challenges.Once the problem is brought to light then the right strategy can be developed for China's domestic hotel industry.There are accommodations,catering,entertainment and business services in Hezhou zhengling hotel along with a good location and competitive edge;it also holds the largest banquet place in Hezhou city.It has received a star-hotel of discretionary management of international standards by Shenzhen Xindu(Hongkong)International Hotel Management Co.Ltd.This paper is based on the previous research results of development strategy and strategic transformation of the hotel industry,to guide the strategic transformation of Hezhou hotel by the theory of development strategy.How to build a scientific and effective development strategy system of Hezhou Zhengling hotel is based on the in-depth study of the actual development situation and the strategic management of Hezhou hotel.This paper studies the development strategy of Hezhou zhengling Hotel on the basis of the strategic objectives and the development strategy system of the construction of Hezhou hotel.Through understanding the strategic significance and value of Hezhou hotel,not only to improve the market competitiveness of Hezhou hotel,but also to maintain its competitive advantage.In addition,this paper also provides a positive reference for the development strategy of the same type of hotel in the development and implementation of the strategic development plan of Hezhou hotel as whole.
