In recent years,the continued growth of the Chinese tourism market,hotel and catering industry in the "country of eight" policy under the influence,ups and downs,the growth rate has been slow.However,in 2014 China officially opened the wisdom of tourism,the hotel industry in the tourism economy and tourism market driven,faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The development of tourism and hotel industry has reached a new height,faced with this background,how to do a good job in the hotel industry,the development strategy,based on the new market is worth every hotel people think about the problem.W hotel as in Nanning International Hotel,in the hotel industry a strong competitive environment should be to re-examine their own correct assessment of the strength of hotel,to seize the market opportunities,to develop in line with the hotel development strategy,to calmly deal with the Nanning city hotel industry intense competition.Based on this,this paper takes W hotel as the research object,summarizes the research literature at home and abroad,summarized the theory of development strategy,the application of PEST,Potter's five forces model,SWOT analysis,in-depth analysis of the hotel facing the development of the external environment and internal resources analysis,hotel development advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,understand the current development of the hotel,finally the hotel should reset the market positioning,take the high-end,boutique development,integration of hotel rooms,business meetings,catering,leisure and entertainment business hotel,clear government support,group support,beautiful environment and facilities of core competence,pointed out that the formulation and implementation of the strategy of hotel intensive development,proposed the human resources support optimization of service quality,innovation,marketing,construction of hotel culture,maintaining the brand image of the five development strategy.Strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the hotel development strategy.The W hotel in Nanning City,the hotel industry has certain representational,aiming at the problems of its development,this paper formulates the intensive development strategy based on the core competence of the proposed implementation of the strategy,make a contribution for the development of the hotel,for China's international hotel development has certain reference significance,but also enrich the content of the practical research of the international hotel.
