Since the President of our country-Mr.Xi had proposed a new theory "a community of shared future for mankind" and the "One Belt One Road" strategy,which has set the new developing direction of Chinese economy on strategic level,pushing Chinese enterprises to take transformation and upgrading,and taking part to competition in international markets.As the overall economic growing of China is slowing down,which was named as "New Normal"condition,industrial structure is being upgrading and adjusting.Under the "New Normal”condition,internal market is not able to fulfill the expending needs of Chinese enterprises,more and more enterprises join to the competition in international market.As a main component of the "going out" enterprises,construction enterprises have contributed a rather large share of international income by Chinese going-out enterprises.In the going-out processing of Chinese construction enterprises,the shortage of international project management talents with comprehensive quality is the biggest obstacle.As a matter of that,for G Company,during its steps for expanding overseas market,how to train a team of talents who meet G Company's requirements for going-out is the most difficult problem.This thesis,firstly,form a theoretic system of enterprise training management through studying related theory on enterprise training,and under this theoretic system,analyzes the current situation of G Company's training management for manager of international projects;secondly,with studying theoretic documents and analyzing internal documents of G Company,adopt the formed competency model of international projects manager of G Company;thirdly,on the base of the formed competency model,propose improving measures to the training system for international projects manager of G Company on the aspects of training demand analysis,training plan formation,training contents setting,training methods and so on;finally,to take training effect evaluation for effectiveness of the modified training system,and then take necessary modifications to the improving measures for training system based on the evaluation result,and further proposed a series of supporting measures for the improvement of the training system.Hope to take this opportunity to offer a thought and reference for G Company to build and compete its internationalized training system for international projects manager,help him find out the existing problems and solve them,so as to deal with the shortage of talents needed for international projects performance.
