In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the scale of the power grid enterprise is also growing.With the power grid scale expanding unceasingly and the quality of development improving steadily,the operation of power grid is also facing challenges from all sides which include power supplies management.In the power grid enterprise's daily operations,in order to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment,it will reserve a certain number of spare parts,and the more the better,but this is bound to increase operation expenses,taking up a lot of money.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research on inventory and transportation integrated optimization of power grid spare parts.On this basis,the spare parts management and inventory and transportation joint optimization theory are reviewed.And the related theories of the joint optimization of inventory and transportation and optimization algorithm are expounded.Secondly,do research on spare parts' actual operation process.Introduce the organization of the provincial power grid and the process of spare parts' new purchase and allocation.Analyze the spare parts' inventory and distribution mode and the spare parts' classification to determine the different kinds of spare parts' storage and transportation modes.Put forward the problems existing in the actual operation process of the spare parts and the thought of establishing model.Thirdly,establish inventory and transportation model of grid spare parts and design solving process and algorithm.Spare parts inventory and transportation organization system of power grids are analyzed,and clear the responsibilities and tasks of different level of reserve centers.Analyze the composition of inventory and transportation cost.The quantities of ordering and allocating as the decision variables,ordering and allocating costs as the objective functions,establish the grid spare parts' inventory and transportation models,and design solving process and algorithm to get the optimal ordering and allocating quantities.Finally choosing A province company's 10 Kv transformer as an example,apply the grid spare parts' inventory and transportation models,the results show that under the condition of different inventory and demand state,the model can produce the optimal ordering and allocating strategy,making the cost minimum.
