Study On The Operation And Development Strategy Of XINHE Capital

Private equity investment has developed more than twenty years since introduced to China in 1990 s.With the gradual liberalization of China's capital market under the support of national policies,equity investment has entered a stage of rapid development.Especially in 2015,Premier Li Keqiang proposed "Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation" slogan,marking our country gets to the era of equity investment.Under this background,XinHe Capital will also get a rare opportunity for development.Based on the domestic and foreign advanced theory of private equity investment,this paper analyzes the development status and existing problems of XinHe Capital.A SWOT analysis was made on the firm's internal and external environment,to get a comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the XinHe Capital.The conclusion is XinHe Capital must implement the reverse strategy.After putting forward the development strategy,this paper construct a plan for the investment direction,the reverse strategy,human resource strategy and the investment exit strategy.The operation strategy of enterprise development includes investment strategy,risk control strategy,financing strategy,exit strategy and internal management strategy was made based on the plan.The successful implementation of the operation strategy is the guarantee for the plan.The research results of this paper will point out the development direction and strategy for XinHe Capital.By capturing the capital market development opportunity,maintaining original advantage,combining the internal and external market development situation,XinHe Capital will determine the investment direction,make investment on the whole industry chain,expand the company brand gradually and finally realize the development from the private capital investment firm to the capital management company,establishing a stable mode for development and profit earning.
