Kunming Highway Logistics Efficiency Measurement Research

In the "Belt and Road Initiative" policy framework,Kunming-Bangkok Highway(KBH)closely connecting China with Bankok and ASEAN countries for harnesing friendship and bilateral development.At present,most of China,Laos and Thailand or the logistics enterprises have been aware of the tremendous business opportunities brought by the Kunming Bangkok highway.Yunnan Pu'er,Jinghong,Mohan,Laos Hui Shai,Thailand Qing Sheng,Chiang Rai,Chiang Mai and other places have Enterprises in the vicinity of the construction of the logistics site freight yard.The great development of trade between countries or regions along the Kunming Bangkok highway.As the demand scale of logistics expands unceasingly,on the improvement of the social logistics service level,efficiency,higher requirements are put forward.Therefore,Kunming Bangkok highway logistics efficiency evaluation research will promote Kunman Bangkok highway logistics development.This research study has been conducted through collecting primary data using survey questionnaire and taken help from the existing literature.After reliability and validity test the quantitative analysis were made using mathematical test like;AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the analysis results the following recommendations are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The logistics supply of Kunming Bangkok highway can not meet the logistics demand of the country or region along the route,and ultimately hind the development and expansion of the Kunming Bangkok highway logistics industry.Therefore,the upgrading of Kunming Bangkok highway logistics efficiency will be the solution to the problem of matching supply and demand of Kunming Bangkok highway logistics.(2)The comprehensive evaluation model of Kunming Bangkok highway logistics efficiency is composed of four aspects:infrastructure,logistics informatization and policy,logistics cost and business process level,and the corresponding selection method is used to optimize the logistics supply and demand of Kunming Bangkok highway.Road infrastructure,logistics facilities,service network coverage,information level,preferential policies and so on a total of 18 evaluation indicators,constitute the entire evaluation system.(3)Kunming Bangkok highway logistics efficiency of the overall score of 2.2433 points belong to the general level.(4)the results obtain in accordance with the score from low to high sort of logistics cost,business process level,information level and policy,infrastructure.the logistics cost shows the lowest score shadow of logistics efficiency of the Kunming Bangkok highway Maximum.
