Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of SME Financing Under The “new Normal”

The number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is large,having play an important role in social and economic development.At the same time,the small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult is recognized as a problem,so the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises become China's long-standing problems.Today Chinese economy faces a "new normal" which is from rapid growth to the lower one.The pattern of economic development is from the Size of extensive growth speed type to intensive quality efficiency type,economic structure are mainly from incremental capacity to adjusting the stock and the optimizing coexistence.Economic development is from traditional growth point to new sources of growth.The financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises is more obvious.Through the study of small and medium-sized enterprise's difficult financing problem combined with some financing measures which have been taken to improve small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problems before "the new normal",the paper explores how to join efforts of the three aspects including the government,financial institutions and small and medium-sized enterprise itself to study the financing channel under the new normal,in order to ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.The purpose is to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and upgrade restructuring,also secure employment.Based on the "new normal" economy and the analysis of the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,we think that China's current guarantee system should be perfected.The financial system reform should be taken.The paper intends to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and puts forward constructive Suggestions.The government will fully support for small and medium-sized enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprise have to create and use a variety of financing model to improve small and medium-sized enterprise from three aspects.
