The small and medium-sized enterprise plays an important role to the continuation, stability, and coordinated development of one country's economy as part of national economy. Since reform and opening-up, the small and medium-sized enterprises of our country have emerged and developed rapidly. At present, small and medium-sized enterprises have already become an important strength in socialist market economy of our country. Meanwhile, small and medium-sized enterprises also face a great deal of unfavorable factors in developing, among them the greatest problem is the financing difficulty.The financing difficulty has already become the big trouble in restraining development of small and medium enterprise of our country. The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprise of our country is not only a kind of economical operation phenomenon, but also the defect of system and a kind of behavior of lagging behind. Through comparatively studying the problem of financing in domestic and international small and medium-sized enterprises, analyze the current situation about financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country in an all-round way, and discuss the theory and practice of the financing structure and financing behavior of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, then find out the key difficulty of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. Through using the experience of establishing the system of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises abroad for reference, and combining the current situation of our country, this paper put forward the concrete countermeasure of solving the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country on two aspects of microcosmic and macroscopic, and then put forward the overall plot of structuring the financing system of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country.
