Implementation Of Village Level Resource Management Information System Based On Open Source WebGIS

Since the Reform and Opening up,China’s rural areas have made great progress,rural information infrastructure construction has been strengthened,"three rural" service information system has been improved,but the overall is still relatively weak,especially the level of rural basic management using information technology is still very low,for example,the basic social and economic data norms are not uniform,simple thesis and other statements of statistical is a big word,data query,update efficiency is low and high cost,which involves population,education,health and other aspects of data,different departments of data can not be connected,the leaders of each department is difficult to fully grasp the rural socio-economic data.Therefore,the agricultural information of the "last mile" problem highlighted here,rural management of information is also encountered difficulties here.Based on the current situation of basic level management in Bijie City of Guizhou Province,this thesis completes the system demand analysis and feasibility analysis,and uses geospatial data acquisition and sharing technology,spatial and non-spatial database Technology,open source WebGIS technology and Internet technology,put forward the design and implementation of village-level resource management information system platform construction,complete the function of information display service,data query editing statistics,system management,database expansion,and integration of multi-sector data Management platform to meet the grass-roots management of geographic information and socio-economic information integrated management of the application needs to enhance its information service level.The significance of this thesis is threefold:First: Take Wuyi village of Shaowotownship,Nayong County,Bijie City as an example,this thesis completes the demand analysis of village-level resource information management system,and summarizes the problems that need to be solved in the process of grass-roots information management,and at the same time solve the problem,analysis;Second: Based on multi-source spatial data and attribute data,the village-level resource database design is completed,including the socio-economic information database and the spatial geographic information database;Third:By adopting the service-oriented architecture(SOA)model,this thesis analyzes the key technical route of the village-level resource information sharing service,completes the overall structure design of the village-level resource information management system and completes the database implementation with the open source WebGIS technology,includingspatial information service release,and the development and deployment of village resource management information system.
