Research On Environmental Risk Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Coal Power Enterprises

The use of fossil fuels will produce large amounts of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and other atmospheric pollutants,in addition to a large number of greenhouse gases.In recent years,China's environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and climate change policies have been introduced in succession.As the fossil energy consumption sector in the electric power industry,the coal power industry is affected by many environmental risks.With China's economy into the new normal,the whole society electricity consumption growth will also be reduced,from the rapid growth track gradually converted into low speed development track.Weak demand for electricity makes the vicarism of development of clean electricity to the coal power industry increasingly obvious.Therefore,how to deal with the uncertainty of the development of China's coal power industry is very important in the environment of clean and low carbon development.Based on the coal power enterprise,this paper mainly did some identification,analysis and evaluation of potential environmental risk factors,to provide reference for China's coal power industry take time for environmental risk.The main content of this paper is to analyze the environmental risks of China's coal electricity industry in the context of energy low-carbon transition,and identify the key risk factors affecting the development of coal power enterprises.In this paper,firstly,the theory of environmental risk,risk management,environmental risk assessment and other related theories are described,and the framework and main contents of this thesis are further clarified.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the theory and method of risk management and the theory of comprehensive evaluation,and then establishes the theoretical basis for the following research on the environmental risk evaluation of coal electricity enterprises.Then,based on the characteristics of development and operation of coal power enterprises,analyze the environmental risks that affect the future development of coal power enterprises,and on the basis of risk identification and analysis,construct the environmental risk index system of coal power enterprises.Then,according to the coal power enterprise environmental risk index system,this paper selects the appropriate risk assessment method,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of the coal power enterprise environmental risk.Finally,this paper selects Huaneng Jiutai power plant in Jilin province as the research object,and makes clear the key risk factors of coal power enterprises,and provides some policy suggestions and countermeasures for the government departments,energy authorities and local coal power enterprises based on the results of the case analysis.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process and grey clustering method are used to analyze and evaluate the environmental risk factors,some key risk factors of coal power enterprises are made clear,and some policy suggestions and countermeasures are provided for the government departments,energy authorities and local coal power enterprises.The research results provide an important reference for the development of China's coal power industry.
