Research On Evaluation Model And Development Of Electricity Demand Side Management Benefit Under Internet

"Internet +" action plan has risen to the national strategic position,becoming the direction of the industry in all fields.The nature of "Internet +" is the interconnection of information,which is the foundation of the market mechanism.Power demand side management is gradually developed on the basis of the market mechanism.The power company,Power Grid Corp,Energy Service Companies,intermediary institutions,suppliers of energy-saving products,power users and other parties involved can meet the needs of electricity and reduce power consumption,which can effectively promote energy saving and emission reduction,strengthening environmental protection."Internet +" coincides with China in the process of further deepening the reform vigorously promote the power system.In March 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued "the Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System",proposing to "keep the middle and let go of the two ends".The release of the two ends,that is,the power generation side and the sale of electricity side.This will increase the number of service providers in the electricity market and introduce competition mechanism,which will provide the opportunity for the power demand side management reform.At the same time,China proposed the construction of "Internet +" intelligent energy.Energy Internet is a new type of energy system with deep integration of energy and Internet.Its core idea is to develop and share the information.Energy Internet is closely related to power system,distributed renewable energy system,natural gas network system and transportation network system.The energy Internet can be divided into three stages,according to its development level.In the Internet era,in China's market-oriented reform,the power of market-oriented reform,the wisdom of energy construction,the power demand side management need to find its own position and direction of development,to adapt to the trend of the times,national market economy development and the construction of energy Internet.This paper mainly studies the development of the power demand side management under "Internet +" by using literature research method,normative research method,comparison and analysis method,SWOT model analysis method,static analysis and dynamic analysis.The paper summarizes the power demand side management system and its supporting policies,analyzes the current situation of power demand side management and the five factors which influence the power demand side management development.This paper also analyzes the advantages,opportunities,weaknesses and challenges faced by power demand side management under the "Internet +" scenario by using the SWOT analysis method.Then the paper constructs the power demand side management benefit evaluation model.On the basis of reference to the international community the power demand side management experience,the paper puts forward the development path of China's power demand side management in the future.
