model.In recent years,IT outsourcing market has become the fastest growing area of China's IT marketing.After twenty years of development,China's IT outsourcing market scale has been rising year by year.The outsourcing contents was constantly upgraded,from the business process outsourcing software encoding,testing,the lower end of BPO to the entire industry chain such as researching and designing,knowledge management outsourcing,extending a series of high-end areas.IT outsourcing business involves more and more fields and industries,has been completely beyond the IT industry itself.According to data released by Gartner in 2015,the global IT outsourcing services report shows that between 2014 and 2019 is expected,the global IT outsourcing in the capital market will grow at a CAGR of 4.41%.Throughout the global market,cloud based outsourcing services are going up rapidly.IT outsourcing refers to that the enterprises or individuals entrust their IT work to professional services companies.The purpose of IT Outsourcing is to make full use of the company's services and technology to enable enterprises to obtain high-quality IT services,more economic,more professional,more quickly completing the necessary IT activities.In view of the study of IT outsourcing business model,the current domestic and foreign academic circles are not clearly defined,from the existing literature can be found in the definition of IT outsourcing business model.Based on the definition of IT outsourcing and the classification of IT outsourcing business model,this paper defines the IT outsourcing operation model as some specific business organization process in the actual work to achieve the specific IT outsourcing service goal or a specific mode of operation.The Model of IT outsourcing mainly has the following several types:Internal IT,Insourcing,IT Joint Venture,Total Outsourcing,Best-of-Breed Consortium,Selective Outsourcing.The two most widely used outsourcing models are the Total Outsourcing and Selective Outsourcing.The Selective Outsourcing is in the middle of Total Outsourcing and Insourcing,which has both advantages of these two models.Selective outsourcing is conducive to reduce the risk of the Total Outsourcing,invest relatively little capital.And,the sunk costs and the transferring costs are also lower than the Total Outsourcing.Moreover,the Selective Outsourcing provides less resource to the contractor than other models.The controlling from the Contractor is small.Therefore,there is an opinion that the Selective Outsourcing is the best outsourcing mode.This paper mainly studies the optimization of IT outsourcing model based on D shipbuilding company.First of all,there is the theoretical basis of IT outsourcing operation model.The paper mainly introduces the theory of resources bases,dynamic capability theory,transaction cost theory and the service level agreement which is closely related to IT outsourcing operation management.Then,it analyzes the operation mode and operation status of IT outsourcing.In this paper,the connotation and types of IT outsourcing business model are defined,and the status and operation mode of IT outsourcing at home and abroad are analyzed.Then,taking D shipbuilding company as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of IT outsourcing operation mode.This paper analyzes the existing problems of IT outsourcing business model of D shipbuilding company from both inside and outside.The 4th part of the paper focuses on the optimization strategy of D ship building company outsourcing mode based above.The paper establishes the strategic decision basis of IT outsourcing mode optimization of D ship building company,and defines the scope and mode of IT outsourcing of D ship building company.Finally,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy and related safeguard measures of IT outsourcing business model of D
