After the financial crisis in 2008,"sharing economy" developed rapidly in the world."Sharing economy" as a hot spot,has been concerned from all over the world.In order to knowing the impact of the "sharing economy",we must study it.In view of the existence of fault between the theory of traditional sharing economy and the theory of new sharing economy,this paper starts from the theory of "three distributions".On the basis of correcting and perfecting the theory of "three distributions",this paper proposes the theory of sharing economy based on initial distribution,redistribution and third allocation.By model and data analysis,this paper analyses the driving effect of "sharing economy" on China's economic.Through the method of literature analysis,this paper puts forward three main problems of China's economy.First,the shortage of factor resources in the factor market;Second,serious production capacity Surplus in the product supply market;Third,structural and functional issues in the financial market.On the basis of the analysis of the three major problems and the driving effect of "sharing economy" on the national economy,this paper puts forward that the "sharing economy" based on the theory of the "three distributions" will be a good news for solving current major economic problems.First,the sharing economic based on the initial distribution and redistribution will help to solve the absolute shortage and the relative shortage of factor resources in the factor market;Second,the sharing economy based on the third distribution will help to eliminate the production capacity Surplus;Third,The concept of sharing the economy has become an effective means of direct financing which will be a useful reference for China's financial market reform.
