The survival and development of enterprises are inseparable from staff,which is the core competitiveness of enterprises,the quality of staff directly affect the whole enterprise future.Many studies have shown that the work perfor mance of employees is not only related to individual ability and firm management,but also to psychological factors such as emotional state and personality characteristics.The employee's mental state and health level determine the work behavior and affect the work performance.From the "psychological level" to manage staff and guide them to work with the healthy enthusiasm and positive psychology can bring endless invisible benefits to the enterprise.Therefore,attaching importance to the role of staff psychological management in modern enterprise management,integrating the theory of psychological management into the practice of enterprise management is of great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.County-level power supply enterprise staff is the basic unit of power system,as well as the foundation of safety production and stable operation of the whole system,and their work performance directly affects the operation efficiency and quality of the whole power system.With the reform of electric power system,the change of internal and external environment and the adjustment of benefit pattern,the life work of basic staff has been affected.According to investigation,in recent years,more and more grass-roots staff feel the pressure of work and life is increasing,physical and mental load and various psychological problems gradually emerged.Psychological discomfort,intangible affect the staff emotional state and work behavior will restrict the development of enterprises.It is very important for the development and stability of the power enterprises to carry out psychological management to the basic staff and to maintain the mental health of the workers.This article fully elaborated the significance and the positive function of the effective staff psychology management to the enterprise development.Based on the study of the relevant theories of psychological management at home and abroad,using questionnaires and individual on-the-spot interviews,this paper makes an empirical investigation on the psychological state of current county power supply enterprises,collected the psychological data of the staff,analyzed the causes and influencing factors of the psychological problems of the employees and put forward the corresponding countermeasures from the enterprise and the staff level by means of the theory of psychological management.This paper studies the theory of psychological management into enterprise management from the perspective of psychological management of the county-level power supply enterprises.Using the staff personality characteristics and psychological needs to improve the psychological status of employees,so as to change work behavior and improve performance,has a realistic guiding significance to improve management efficiency and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
