The development of new energy resources and the diversification of energy structure are the inevitable paths to solve the contradiction between the growing energy consumption demand and the depleted traditional energy resources,and to control the increasingly serious ecological environment pollution.China is rich in biomass energy,and therefore the rational use and development of biomass energy is an effective way to achieve low-carbon targets,to ensure energy security,and to optimize energy consumption structure.Biomass electricity generation is an important direction of utilizing biomass energy,and China has been committed to promoting the development of biomass electricity generation industry.Since the first biomass power plant was put into operation in 2006,the biomass electricity generation supply chain model in China,from fuel collection to energy output,has been formed.However,the fuel cost burden of biomass electricity generation,the difficulty of collecting crop straw,and so on have been bottlenecks to constrain the development of biomass electricity generation industry,owing to the household-based planting unit and the scattered farmland in China,and the seasonal nature of biomass straw.Therefore,how to break through the dilemma of biomass electricity generation industry and promote the biomass electricity generation supply chain to work well in sync,has become an important subject for the healthy development of biomass electricity generation industry in China.Based on synergetics theory,combined with supply chain collaboration theory and complex system theory,a synergetic research on heterogeneous stakeholders of biomass electricity generation supply chain,based on "farmer-brokers-biomass power plant" fuel purchase mode,has been conducted in this paper,focusing on the subject mentioned above.Firstly,combining with the characteristics of biomass electricity generation industry and policy,it is determined that farmers,middlemen,biomass power plants and provincial governments heterogeneous stakeholders who are relatively actively involved in biomass electricity supply chain synergetic operation.Moreover,based on field investigation and data collection of biomass electricity generation industry in China,a synergetic index system and Degree of Synergy Model of biomass electricity generation supply chain system are established,to accurately measure the synergetic state of heterogeneous stakeholders of biomass electricity generation supply chain in China.Furthermore,the synergetic characteristics of the biomass electricity generation supply chain system are analyzed,and it is found that the biomass supply chain system is a non-equilibrium open source system with chaos,complexity and instability.It belongs to research category of synergetics theory.Finally,based on the probe graph method,the parameters of controlling the synergetic evolution of the biomass electricity generation supply chain system are analyzed,and 8 initializing synergetic control parameters of biomass electricity generation supply chain system are determined,such as price of selling straw,conversion ratio and subsidy for purchase price.On this basis,the synergetics model of the biomass electricity generation supply chain system has been proposed,to identify the order parameter of the biomass electricity generation supply chain system,to explore the synergetic evolution law of the system,and to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference of promoting the development of biomass electricity generation industry in China.
