Study On The Optimization Of Rural Road Construction Financing In Chongqing

Rural roads as the throat of economic development in rural areas,how to effectively determine the rural road construction financing channels and financing optimization is an important issue to be solved.Currently,the development of rural road construction financing is still at the initial stage.Based on the current research results and experience,this paper analyzed the concept,attribute and importance of rural road,and evaluated the social economy of rural road construction.From the aspects of rural road construction financing connotation,financing channels and related theories,this paper analyzed the basic theory of financing,and analyzed the principles of rural road construction financing based on engineering experience.According to the current rural road construction financing in Chongqing,this paper summarized the sources of rural road construction funds in Chongqing,the problems of construction financing and the reasons for poor financing.The problems in financing were mainly large demand for funds,unstable sources of funds and narrow financing channels.Poor financing was mainly due to lack of awareness,financing mechanism is not perfect,the management system is not perfect.According to the methods of rural road construction financing at home and abroad,this paper carried out the research on financing optimization of rural road construction in Chongqing,including enlightenment of rural road construction financing and the financing optimization method,specific financing optimization measures was improving the financing mechanism of rural road construction in Chongqing and increasing the financing distribution of rural road construction in Chongqing,this paper also analyzed the optimization strategy of rural highway construction financing in Chongqing,through the general idea of discussion,the market financing strategy analysis,the project financing strategy analysis,obtained for Chongqing rural road construction financing mode.This article also selected the local rural suitable road to promote the application,and gradually eased the current rural road construction disadvantage.Finally,this paper introduced the optimization of rural road construction financing through concrete examples,the construction of rural road in Rongchang County of Chongqing City was selected as the object of analysis,this article first introduced in detail the current stage of rural road financing and the background of Chongqing Rongchang County,analyzed the financing risk of rural road construction in Rongchang county;optimized Rongchang County rural road construction financing,finally,this paper evaluated the "financing-effect" of rural highway construction in Rongchang county.Optimization of rural road construction financing channels can not be completed in the short term,in addition to relying on the guidance of government leadership mechanism,but also need to combine with the local economic construction.Rural road construction financing and rural economy interdependence,mutual survival,mutual restraint,rural road construction to promote rural economic development,and rural economic development ensures rural road construction financing.Rural road construction financing and rural economy to promote each other,and it jointly ensure the rapid and stable development of rural road construction.
